Refund policy
Exchange
Please choose carefully as we have a NO REFUNDS policy. If the item is not suitable for some reason we offer an exchange or store credit.
Please contact us immediately. You will need to return the item (at your expense) via courier with tracking. We take no responsibility for lost items. Once we receive the item we will send an email confirmation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Faulty/Damaged
If the item you have received is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded/returned or exchanged.
